BREAKTHROUGH is a 6-part documentary/reality series, focusing on the controversial "psychodrama" therapy spearheaded by renowned psychologist, Ann Smith. Through an intensive week long program, individuals who have been victims of childhood abuse or trauma undergo intensive therapy, culminating in a gut-wrenching "Family Sculpting" — a reenactment of each person's individual trauma, using other participants as a supporting cast.
